DALLAS (March 26, 2011) Dave & Buster's, Inc., a leading operator of high volume entertainment/dining complexes, today announced that it plans to report financial results for its fourth quarter ended January 30, 2012, before the Market opens on Thursday, April 12, 2012.

Management will host a conference call to discuss the results the same day at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time).
